I highly recommend this business English course! It's a very good mix of grammar and free speaking. We are talking about business topics but also topics, that are interesting for us personally. I feel very comfortable in this class! Our teacher Alex is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he is completely responsive to our needs. This often means spontaneous changes of the plan during a lesson 🙂 Thank you, Alex, English is really fun this way and exactly the way we need it for our day-to-day business.

Alex is a kind and supportive teacher, and I didn't know an English lesson could be so much fun or relaxed. Whether it was speaking casually about daily topics or switching to different roles, Alex helped me a lot, improving my English. This course is an asset for my English skills, and I’m glad my company gave me the opportunity to learn English with Alex from Chat Laboratory.

Ich bin von meinem Englischunterricht bei Chat Laboratory begeistert! Der Unterricht hat eine gute Mischung aus Grammatik und Sprache. Alex passt das Programm gezielt auf seine Schüler an und weicht bei Bedarf auch von seinem Unterrichtsstoff ab. Der Unterricht ist abwechslungsreich. In den Themen und Terminen ist Alex flexibel. Er bietet auch bei Bedarf, außerhalb der festen Termine, seine Hilfe an z. B. bei Korrekturen in der Grammatik. Alex gibt beim Unterricht ein gutes Gefühl und vermittelt keinen Druck was mir das freie sprechen einfach macht. Die Stunden sind entspannt und machen Spaß. Danke Alex!

Our company offered us the opportunity to improve our English. And I am thrilled with the lessons our teacher Alex gave us. I wished I had Alex as a teacher in school. He makes sure you understand the explanation about grammar and only then does he continue the lesson. You get to practise the grammar during exercises and Alex will let you think about the answer and why it is wrong or correct. Our classes have finished and I will definitely miss them.

During my traineeship in Germany, I have one lesson a week with my English teacher Alex. If you are expecting boring and monotonous English lessons like in your school time than I definitely have to disappoint you. Unlike at school, your teacher is a real help and there is space and time to fail which supports me to increase my English skills in speaking and writing. The lessons are particularly well structed, and I like the little discussion rounds in the beginning. Furthermore, the course material is adapted to your level of English so that you are neither over nor under challenged. I attend business English B2, and I am glad, that I have at least one year left.

I like the lessons with Alex a lot. He is a very competent, reliable and helpful teacher who finds the right words to motivate and improve your language skills. And he has this calm and relaxed way that you need when you are nervous :-). It's just good fun with a lot of outcome..

Die Vorbereitung auf das IELTS Academic mit Alex war super. Die Lektionen waren sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet und auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Alex ist sehr flexibel einerseits mit den Terminen, andererseits mit den Themen. Wir haben gezielt Schwachstellen angeschaut und so konnte ich Lücken schliessen. Alex kennt sich sehr gut mit der Struktur des IELTS aus, was sehr hilfreich für die Vorbereitung der Prüfung ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder Lektionen bei Alex buchen, wenn ich ein weiteres Diplom absolviere.

I have learned English with The Chat Lab. I enjoyed the course a lot, he is very helpful, knowledgeable with great interest in teaching. I do like the lessons atmosphere and the devotion. I would highly recommend courses to future students!
